Rafif Saleh
Nursery Manager at Early Explorers Nursery
Rafif Saleh is the Nursery Manager at Early Explorers Nursery in Sharjah, bringing over 18 years of experience in education to her leadership role. She holds a BA in Early Childhood Education and a CACHE Level 5 Diploma, a UK‑recognised qualification that meets KHDA and ADEK requirements for nursery leadership in the UAE.
Rafif is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Management and is officially approved as a nursery manager by ADEC, KHDA, and SPEA. As a member of the Sharjah Nurseries Directors Council under SPEA, she contributes to collaborative planning and policy interpretation in partnership with the Authority. Additionally, Rafif maintains international professional affiliations through her membership in the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) in the UK and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) in the USA, both recognised for promoting excellence and professional development in early childhood education.

This purpose-built facility will act as a feeder to our SIA EYFS, and the educational philosophy of high expectations and safeguarding will be aligned. The engaging learner-centred space will aim to spark children’s curiosity and interest through a range of exploration and play-based activities whilst placing a high priority on nurture.
