I would like to extend a warm welcome to our families at Early Explorers Nursery.
An educator with over thirty years of experience in international education and a mother of five children raised in Dubai, I adopt the powerful strategy of leadership by example and believe it is crucial, as a leader, to ensure all staff and children’s well-being is prioritized.
For over a decade, I have led Jumeirah International chain of nurseries in the UAE. My educational vision centers around working with all stakeholders to ensure an amazing learning community that empowers children holistically.
At Early Explorers, we are dedicated to redefining the Nursery experience that celebrates diversity and values inspiring our children to embrace challenges and learn through exploration and self-discovery. At the heart of everything we do is valuing and nurturing children’s individual personalities with an emphasis on experimental and child-initiated learning which values academic and non-academic successes and builds a foundation for life-long learning.
Our environment is a curious space filled with lots of open-ended resources, real-life items designed to encourage role play and learning about the world. It’s a home away from home, a place where children feel loved, nurtured and secure.
I recognize the importance of parents, staff, working together to ensure our children’s love of life-long learning and I look forward to meeting you all as you join us on this exciting journey and become a part of our Early Explorer’s community.
